I work with adults, youth, children and their families, and I’ve supported people with a wide range of life challenges from stress, burnout, grief, parenting, new medical diagnosis, to relationship difficulties - all within medical and community settings. My approach is relational, creative, and compassionate. You’ll be met with unbiased support, and flexibility as you navigate the steps you take in life. Together, we’ll identify what you need to make the most of your counselling appointments: increasing your capacity to cope and building on the strengths you already have.
